We have an open opportunity for a dynamic and amazing loan officer assistant to support a top producing loan officer.

Responsibilities include preparation and collection of borrower loan documents, assistance in due diligence required for initial compliance, assisting processor in processing verifications, assistance in clearing conditions and overall oversite and maintaining loan file by performing the following duties:

• Prepare loan documents for all types of loans (FHA, VA, conventional, USDA, 203k, homestyle and various bond programs
• Effectively communicate with borrowers in the collection of loan documents and/or conditions
• Assist loan officer prepare and calculate income, assets, and qualification for loan programs & agency guidelines
• receipt of income & assets, process required verifications: VOE, VOD, VOM, 4506t, run AUS, validate credit, fraud tools, order appraisal if not ordered by LO, assist in opening escrow
