Cyndi started her mortgage career 25 years ago with Mason-McDuffie Mortgage Corporation. Although 20 of the past 25 years were with other mortgage companies, all of the years have been focused on the business of providing mortgage services to the Builder communities. As a participant in the Pacific Coast (PCBC) and NAHB Annual Builder Conventions, Mason-McDuffie stays involved in current events and political issues that face today’s providers of new homes. Cyndi continues monthly support of the Builder industry through her association with NAHB and the local BIA organizations. As an active member of SMC, Mason-McDuffie Mortgage was honored in 2010 with a nomination for Lender of the Year at the annual MAME awards event. As the Manager of the Builder Division at Mason-McDuffie, Cyndi offers training and sales support to all Loan Officers in the Company. She is also responsible to track and report on all individual Builder pipelines and insure customer service that is second to none. The motto for the Builder Division at Mason McDuffie is “A standard by which others are measured”.
