Jessie Brumbaugh is 5th generation native of Santa Cruz County. She comes from a long line of real estate entrepreneurs dating back to her Great-Great Grandmother, Paddy Smith, who worked for M.C. Hall Real Estate Firm in the 1940’s. She graduated from California State University, Chico with a bachelor degree in Business Finance. She received her Real Estate License in 2003 while still in school. After Graduation Jessie moved to Jackson Hole, WY where she managed several branches at the Bank of Jackson Hole. She then returned to Santa Cruz, CA where she began her career as a mortgage consultant in 2010. Jessie is an expert with customizing home loans to fit her client’s needs. Her extensive experience includes First Time Home Buyer programs offered by local cities, County and State, VA and FHA loan programs, renovation loans such as the popular FHA 203(k), Homestyle and Homepath loans. As well as refinance and purchase loans, including Jumbo loan programs. Jessie along with the Team at Santa Cruz Lending Group has been together for most of their careers and strive to make the loan process as seamless as possible. When Jessie is not in the office she is often spending time with her family and friends. She loves going to her family’s lake house, concerts and sporting events and she travels as much as her schedule will allow!
