Michelle Wickett has been a Branch Manager for Mason-McDuffie Mortgage Corporation since 2023. Michelle's lending career spans almost a full 30-years.

As a Loan Originator and Branch Manager, Michelle serves many first time homebuyers, repeat clients, move up buyers and real estate investors throughout Washington State. She enjoys assisting customers by educating them on the homebuying process and setting them up to succeed in homeownership.

Her success as a Loan Originator and Branch Manager is supported by her vast knowledge of the entire real estate transaction, combined with a passion for structuring loans that are the absolute best fit for each individual client. Michelle's greatest strengths are her in-depth knowledge and integrity in caring for her customers. Just as important, Michelle loves meeting and getting to know the people she helps. She has served multi-generations within families and that is a great feeling!

Despite her busy career, Michelle makes time to be involved with community organizations. She is a member of the Thurston County Chamber and has served as the Chair for two years and is now current past – Chair of the Thurston County Chamber and past-Chair & Board member of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Thurston County for 15 years. She has done voluntary work for Thurston Co. Sheriff's Department and has initiated community programs such as Women's Leadership Council.

Michelle was honored in 2022 with the Thurston County Realtor's Association (TCRA) Citizen of the Year, 2017 TCRA Citizen of the Year, 2018 TCRA REALTOR® Community Service, 2016 TCRA President's Award, 2014 TCRA Affiliate of the Year, 2008 United Way Philanthropist of the Year.
