Profile

I was born in San Jose California and call Almaden and Discovery Bay California home. I started my mortgage career as a licensed loan agent with a small local broker in 1992 moving to a large institutional lender in 1994. From 1994 through 2003, I immersed myself in financial services. I covered all aspects of financial wellbeing from sales to management from investments to insurance. I attained my series 7, 63 and principles license as well as my insurance license always keeping focused on my passion Real Estate Lending and Real Estate Sales.  In 2003, I made a career change working in the Non-Profit sector. I applied my background as a foundation to help a small startup, first time home buyer center achieve Mortgage Banker Status with the State of California, helping more than a hundred first time buyers achieve home ownership using multilayered lending solutions from county, city and state. Creating a defined process that I use today; this helps all customers attain the American dream of home ownership.
