As Sales Manager, Ric is responsible for the sales and business development in the central San Joaquin valley.

Ric has over 20 years of experience in Loan Origination and Management. He is uniquely qualified with in-depth experience in the real estate lending industry; having worked in government relations and financial services has given him a knowledge base that is unparalleled.

Building relationships with business partners and truly understanding their needs is of great importance to Ric. He is a critical thinker and strives to provide excellent customer service by providing practical solutions.

Ric is also involved in community and served as Trustee for the Governing Board of Education from 2009 thru 2019. He served two consecutive terms as Board President and believes in maximizing opportunities for children and improving the overall culture of the academic experience. He sees high performing schools as critical components to healthy community development.
