Rose Moxley has been a Mortgage Loan Originator since 2000, originally specializing in the CalPERS Home Loan Program for State of California workers. She joined MasonMac in December 2025. She still prefers to think of herself as an “educator” of all topics home loan related and enjoys taking the time and effort to carefully listen to her clients wants, needs and questions in order to provide them the best possible loan experience.

She is located in the Sacramento area but enjoys helping clients buy in all areas of California. For home loans outside of California, she’s happy to recommend a trusted Loan Originator licensed in that state.

Rose lives in Sacramento – where she was born and raised – with her partner, Sean, and their cat, Georgie. She enjoys daily walks, traveling, spending time with family, and attending Improv Shows at her daughter’s Haus of Comedy theatre.
